Q: Will this work with an adjustable base bed?

A: Hi Rachael, as long as it meets or does not exceed the weight requirements, it should be fine. However, there are many variables that we can not guarantee or control as we don't test our bed frames with adjustable bases. Ultimately, we recommend our beds to be used as shown.
