Looks great, seems very sturdy, not that difficult to assemble but only pictures to go by, and does take time. Used u shaped rebar hooks to secure it in the ground.

I bought this in February and obviously could not put it outside (in WI) until May. I did open it to see if all parts were there and they were. This is supposed to be BLACK but it looked a little like dark brown. When we finally put it together in May (the instructions could be a little more descriptive) it is definitely brown. Sure see the difference when put next to our black bench. The packing slip even said BLACK. Not so. This was the only sight where I found the black color-but didn't get black. I was a little disappointed but wasn't going through the trouble of returning it.

I love the color and size but it did not go together easily. The bottom section ended up angled so when looking to the side it looks bent. Not bad enough to return it because I will have flowers growing up the side and it won’t be noticed by anyone but me

Luckily, I purchased two of these arbors. One box was missing a couple of small parts needed to assemble the arbor while the second box had extra of the same parts. This enabled me to complete the assembly of both arbors. Took some time to assemble. Very satisfied with the quality of the product.

Purchased 3 of these. Easy to assemble, sturdy and looks great! It is the perfect rose garden arbor!

I would recommend it to a friend, with a caveat. There is only one correct way to assemble this, and the correct way is NOT obvious from the printed directions. Some of the parts have only tiny un-obvious differences, but those differences are critical in building the arbor correctly. Please note that both my helpful brother and I have had a fair amount of experience in putting things together.

This Garden Arbor is just the right addition to my future rose garden. I had to ensure the opening was large enough to get our riding lawn mower through. It is easy to assemble--it's a two person project, but went up in no time. It is well constructed, sturdy and very attractive. I have no regrets purchasing this arbor and highly recommend it.

This is sturdy and Beautiful. Easy to assemble. Heavy. I Carried to area in 3 separate pieces, then assembled sides and secured with screws to the arch while lying them all on the ground. I then lifted it all together. One womanshow!

I have used these to create a nine-gated round garden on the south lawn ... to represent the 9 Underworlds of Consciousness in Indigenous Wisdom teachings ..... and a patio coded in chess and other symbolic codes... An amateur archaeologist all my life it gives me JOY to create and code ancient wisdom in a living garden ...that Nature also has sent her 'free' plants into (wild violets, etc.) ... I searched long and hard for arbors that were WORTH the money ! and yours are indeed a GOOD VALUE .... I buy them ON SALE of course and wait for such events. THANK YOU!

The general quality of the arbor is very nice, however when assembling it, you must pay very close attention. Each piece must be oriented correctly as there is a definite inside and outside face to each piece. If you are not careful, you can easily assemble the pieces incorrectly. The instructions provided show simply a diagram of the basic steps with no written explanation. I segregated each group of pieces and matched them up before bolting them together. A couple times, I had to undo what I assembled because I had the pieces oriented incorrectly. Total assembly took about an hour. All in all, this is a very nice garden arbor.

This is the 5th Plow & Hearth arbor we have purchased--4 are Montebello, and the 5th is Tree of Life! They are all durable, good sized, sturdy and easy to assemble! They have all held up very well, the 1st one is showing some rust, but it doesn't distract from it's appearance OR durability! When researching arbors, the reviews have always stated how flimsy they are, and the dimensions are always too small for our use! None of ours are ""planted in the ground"", they are attached to the planters that surround them, and this has worked out just fine! Would we buy this product again?? Obviously, we have!

The product was more difficult to assemble than anticipated. There were no written instructions only pictures. It also arrived without one screw, but I happened to have another that fit. Overall the finished product is exactly what I wanted, and works well in my landscape. I don't know that I will do this again, but it was worth the purchase.

I was happy to get my garden arbor. it was just what I wanted to add charm to my flower garden but when I was putting it together one of the panels on the right side was not welded together, it was disappointing that I needed to wait for the part to come. but everyone was kind and very accommodating the part is on its way now.

I am pleased with the arbor, it came in so many pieces and the instructions weren't that detailed, but I finally did get it put together after most of the day. Now that it is together I'm pleased.

I liked everything about the arbor, other than a couple of welds were broken. The broke welds didn't impact the use, in this case, but does prevent me from giving 5 stars. For the money, this was a decent unit. We used it for my son's wedding and it worked nicely.

Using this on a pathway ( set of 2 planned) to create a pergola to support a very large rambler rose. Weight is good, arbor feels substantial. Part were all included and everything fit fine, with a little maneuvering.

Beautiful product! Easy to put together, very sturdy too.
