I get severe allergic inflammation that swells my esophagus shut. 1 of these betaine capsules calms it down completely. They have been a godsend! I have tried betaine alone and fenugreek alone and they don't work the way this product does. It must be a synergistic effect. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
