I like this brand, but this particle herb states on the bottle to take 3 per day. Most Rhodiola Roses, you take 2 at the most. Either this is not a good value or each pill is not strong enough.

wonderful

I brought this medicine for my husband a few weeks ago. I was very doubtful that it would work as they said it would. Oh how wrong I was. This medicine works wonders. I told a few of my friends to try this and they loved it.

A great quality herbal extract made by a company with good integrity. Also, this company uses no excipients, fillers, or flowing agents in their capsules.

Rhodiola rocks

I find I handle stress much better when adding this herb to my supplement routine. I take it in the AM on an empty stomach with a cup of tea to allow for maximum absorption.
