This product is an exceptional antioxidant, anti aging, and cardiovascular nourishment. For menopausal woman as myself, it even has helped me with hot flashes and I feel great in terms of energy. I’m super grateful for the free bottle. One tidbit of constructive criticism… the bottle (3 in tall) was packed in a box 12 in x 9 in x 8 in. Bottle occupied about 1/10 of the box😳 Too large of a box for the small bottle. No worries, I recycle all cardboard and plastic.

It's to my understanding that resveratrol is one of those ingredients which can not always be assessed for objective efficacy (eg blood labs), however the research on it is compelling, and a substantial portion of the population could benefit from the activation of Sirtuin genes. I would only suggest ensuring adequate B3 intake, as it's required for the resveratrol to activate these sirtuins. Excellent product!
