The only one I use!

I can honestly feel the difference when I don't take this. It's the only mineral supplement I use and I have recommended this to so many. They are big but they have so much in them.

Winter boost

Solgar is one of my go to for products such as multivitamins. Use it to fight feeling ran down, headaches, winter blues. The only thing is the tablets are large in size so harder to swallow. Would prefer 1 a day not 2 a day as a recommended dose.

Great MultiVitamin

Love these vitamins - especially helps through the winter. After trying Omnium, i'm back to these multi-vitamins which are great and give me the best range of vitamins out there! (wish there was a soft gel version as slightly hard to swallow as fairly large pills)
