Excitement turned to sadness

I was so excited to get this paint chip hand tufted rug. Love the colors and the feel of the rug. But, at least 6-8 spots, so far, of the brown yarns have become “untufted” after only a week of being on the floor. I’m terrified as to what will happen when I vacuum.

Rug for bedside

Wanted the largest size (10x14) but also wanted to check out quality and colour so bought smallest size first. Bought 2 in error. Will keep and use as bedside rugs. Quality and color good but will not buy larger size. Not really right for larger size I still need.
