    Constant rug rippling on 9 x 12

    Ordered the 8'6" x 116" Cleo rug and while it's exactly as pictured, I have constant issues with it 'rippling.' I'm using a quality felt rug mat a many suggested and there are several pieces of heavy furniture on top of it. But the areas without furniture constantly ripple and have to be smoothed out. Additionally, I cannot use my vacuum in a typical back and forth manner as one of those directions leaves a track-like mark, so I have to vacuum and then lift and turn the vacuum around to repeat the same direction. Quirky and a bit of a pain.

    The rug lays nice and flat so doors can open easily over it. I like that it is washable.
