    Quality as Expected

    Used the hazelnuts yesterday to make my annual biscotti. Good quality product. Blanching was nice. Nuts were very fresh and toasted nicely.

    Fresh and taste good

    I previously purchased hazelnuts from a bin at local grocery store. The skins leave a flavor I do not particularly like when I make milk and butters with them, and they were nearly impossible to take off myself. This product fixes all of that! Has a great taste and makes my life much easier. There are usually only a few per batch with skins on that I can easily peel or leave on as it doesn't overpower like all of them.

    fresh product prepped and ready to use as baking ingredient. Normally i would spend hours doing the skinning and blanching myself-yopu've done it for me!

    These were OK

    Reading how some people got stale nuts. I was a bit concerned. Try one raw one. It was a bit iffy. Roasted them to toast them and tried another the next day. They were fine. I would stick to buy the pound bags. They might move faster that the two pound bags.
