Shipping didnt take too long. It was really smelly first few days. But added carpet odor powder and vaccummed. Helped the smell. Its new, so expect to smell to stay a while til it adjusts to ur environment. Other than that, super cute rug! Luv its softness. My son really likes it. Not the best to vaccuum due to his length of 1 inch. But super happy with my purchase! Thanks! Perfect size for my apartment living room.
