A: Thank you for your message and interest in our VEVOR 20" × 14" × 3/8" Pizza Steel Plate. This pizza steel is made of pre-seasoned carbon steel and has excellent heat conductivity. The maximum recommended temperature is around 600 °F (≈ 315 °C). It performs best within this range for pizza baking and general oven use.
