Wrong color and label

I ordered the ivory multicolor and was sent a rug that was labeled ivory multicolor but is clearly the ivory blue pattern. Based on the other review and the incorrect label I'm afraid to reorder and get the wrong one again. A big rug like this is a challenge/pain to move around let alone have to potentially do multiple returns. If it wasn't for that I would be happy as it does look and feel like a good quality rug.

Keeps sending wrong color

I have ordered this rug twice. The first rug that arrived was the wrong color. I assumed it may have been a mixup, so I returned it and then ordered another one. They still send the wrong color. It looks like it would be a pretty good rug, but wish I could get the color I want. I will be returning the second one as well.
