I regret buying this. This is nasty. It has a chemical aftertaste. No wonder the box tells you to chug it! It's like the worst chocolate milk flavor. Save your money for something else.

Do not waste your money. thick chunks of what I can only describe as mucus. It states on can not to shake hard. Near the bottom of the can i got a big blob in my mouth. Totally disgusting. poured it out to look at it, I wish i hadnt. Poured out another can and it was the same. I also purchased the vanilla. The two cans I opened and poured out were the same as the chocolate. No more cans for me. reminded me of the old stories about finding different things in cans after having drank most of the soda. If there was a way to give this a zero I would.

Flavor wise I feel like this is a decent more affordable dupe of the Fairlife protein chocolate milk. The issue is the texture. The can says to shake gently and slowly- if you do this prepare to get grainy chunks towards the bottom half of the drink. If I aggressively shake the can for a long time, it’s much less chunky, but I’ve never been able to get it fully smooth. It’s not bad but it’s not great. I’m going to keep buying it because it’s the best protein drink I’ve found for the price.

Yuck!
The only redeeming feature of this drink is that it was on sale and is an easy grab when you need a protein boost. It is the worst tasting protein drink I've tried and I've probably tried the majority of them on the market. I'll stick with my favorite Fairlife/Core Power which taste incredibly better than this (it's just like chocolate milk--- highly recommend!). I could barely stomach to drink this. Seemed way too sweet and bad aftertaste in mouth. I had shaken as recommended but there was a ton of dark sediment on the bottle of the can when I rinsed it out. I ended up pouring the other 3 cans down the drain.

Protein settles to the bottom. No matter how much I shake it (and it explodes) the top half is watery and the bottom half is undrinkable chunks. Tastes fine but won’t buy it again.
