A: No, this product is our classic Flatter Me which is formulated with a blend of 18 full-spectrum digestive enzymes that help break down major nutrients to optimize the digestive process and reduce bloating. It is not the same as our Flatter Me Fiber which is a powder formula. Both formulas contain clinically studied ingredients that support healthy digestion, reduce bloating, and help you feel your best after meals.

The only HUM products we do not recommend taking with birth control are our Hormone Balance and SOS PMS Gummies. A: Thank you for reaching out! We recommend taking 1 capsule of Flatter Me with the first few bites of a meal. If you forget to take it before, it's okay to take Flatter Me during or shortly after. It will still help break down the food that is now in your stomach. It can be taken with any meal, we suggest taking it with a main meal that contains protein, carbs, fats, milk sugars, and fiber.

The day I started taking this, I stopped pooping so therefore I was bloated my whole beach trip and once the weekend was over I had stopped taking them and still couldn’t poop for 2 more days until I took some laxative and finally relieved myself on my boyfriends birthday so no morning birthday s3x for him! Highly mad and highly don’t recommend I’ve felt awful the entire time taking it
