Good Laptop let down by relatively poor battery
The laptop work flawlessly but is let down by a pretty poor battery. When working online or with CPU intensive software I find myself needing to plug it in before the end of the day.

HP ProBook 16 inch G11 Business Laptop, Silver is an excellent computer
It goes through the usual Windows setup smoothly no trouble at all. I use LapLink PC Mover to transfer the desktop from an older HP laptop which this present one replaces. That process went through well except for two application software which compete with Microsoft offerings. It seemed Microsoft glitched in some way but their data went through and the app could be manually installed post transfer.

Great for my needs
This is not a power user's laptop or a great gaming machine. But for my relatively modest needs, it's perfect. The display is excellent, the build is solid without being bulky and the native video cam is sharp. It was easy to integrate into my home network, including NAS ands several peripherals that have eluded previous laptops out of the box.

Problems with my new HP computing system
I haven't even opened the box yet because I need to be able to print some things out prior to changing to a new computer. Unfortunately, I have not gotten my new HP Envy 6100e printer to work yet. Serial number TH4BRFH0YR, Product number 714L5A. I ordered this on June 13, 2025. I am having a problem with the printer to power cable, It is too loose. And the replacement I received was even looser!

Everything has worked great with my new PC. Very happy with my purchase, except I had to buy a new webcam because the webcam resolution didn't meet my business needs. I purchased this pc specifically for the higher level webcam, but it didn't deliver.

New ProBook keyboard not working
On receipt of laptop the keyboard wasn’t working & after a few days of trying all the recommended fixes. I went on a support call which was hard work trying to understand the support tech & jer dialect accent in English. The laptop had to be reset in the end & then started setting laptops k up again
