AMERLIFE 84" L-Shaped Sleeper Sofa with Pull-Out Bed & Storage Chaise, Linen, Gray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a convertible couch/bed in my basement room for a while. The Amerilife sectional sofa bed with storage seemed like the perfect option. Starting with assembly, it was actually surprisingly straightforward and easy. The instructions do recommend having two people to help lift and put pieces together. I was able to do much of it by myself with some help lifting with another person. The instructions say it will take about 2 hours to do and it took me about 3 and 1/2 hours, which is really not bad. All the pieces go together well and I did not have any issues with compatibility. Once it was completely assembled, I could tell that it's quite durable. It's made of high quality materials and I can see this lasting me years. The cushions are a little on the firm side, but nothing a mattress pad wouldn't help when turned into a bed. It's also incredibly easy to convert back and forth from a sectional to a bed, which makes it very versatile. The bed portion simply pulls out and locks into place. When you're ready to convert it back to a sectional, simply push the lower portion back into the couch. It is surprisingly sturdy and have not had any issues with accidental conversions. I also love the storage capability in the chaise portion of the sectional. I put two pillows, a sheet set and a comforter all within it comfortably. It's also a good size. The couch by itself pulled out would be queen size, but when coupled with the chaise, would probably be about king size. By itself, the sofa and chaise together could seat about five people comfortably. The bed portion of it could probably fit 3 adults. Overall, I'm really pleased with how easy everything was to install and how it looks in my room. The gray color goes well with everything and the convertible aspect just makes it so much nicer. I cannot recommend this convertible sectional enough. It's the perfect furniture for two-in-one rooms and is great for when you have guests over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sofa took 2 of us about 2 hours to put together. The cushions are very firm and I am hoping they “soften” up a bit since they were vacuum sealed. It is a nice size did the storage is great! Perfect couch for small spaces.

Perfect size and plenty of storage. Gray color is versatile. Cushions are firm.
