Not great
The lumbar support is so large it prevents me from moving my butt far enough backwards to use the back of the chair. I spent 600 to basically sit on a stool, not cool. Would return but disassembling and shipping a computer chair is a pain, I’ll probably give it to a family member who doesn’t know how uncomfortable it is and make it their problem.

Good chair with some caveats
Considering the cheap Amazon chair I switched from, this is a much better chair. But, I have some personal issues with it. The first is the seat depth not being as advertised. The specs say 15. 7" from the lumbar to the seat's edge when adjusted inward, mine measures 19" adjusted as far in as it can go (foam seat). Lastly, I'm not the biggest fan of the armrests. Whenever I put any of my weight on them to adjust my position or just to get up, the armrests move to the side/rotate.

Good chair HORRIBLE armrests
The chair itself was easy to assemble and seems sturdy. I have had mine for about a month. It took a few days to adjust from a racer style chair. As someone who works from home it does hold up to long hours. My complaint is who in their right mind thought a almost zero resistance armrest mechanism was a good idea for a chair. The click is the warning that you are gonna have to readjust every few minutes. With almost no effort they will twist just from your elbow being on them. I might need to find a 3rd party to get me a actual decent and rigid armrest.

Thrilled about my chair
My first purchase was the cohmar glass standing desk, super sturdy great purchase. Next came this baby, omg I love this chair. Again as always sturdy well crafted, I got the max with the foam. I am 5'2 i fit perfectly in the chair my feet touch the floor. The support is so much better than my old staples chair such an upgrade, I am a flexispot customer for life.

Most uncomfortable chair on the planet
I have owned a secret lab and razer chair and used each for years. I was looking for something with more back support and found this chair on several review pages. I have used it for less than a week and am already experiencing extreme back pain in my lower and upper back. The chair does not have enough cushion and so your spine sinks down to the hard frame both in the lumber area and the upper back area where that frame portion curves back in. It almost seems intentional once I felt it, because it is aimed right at your back. There does not seem to be a purpose for it ether, its just cosmetic, but its part of the frame so there is no way to adjust it. I have tried several different adjustments and nothing prevents it from stabbing you in the shoulders.

I’m sitting in it right
I’m sitting in it right now as we speak, it’s great once you adjust it to your size and preferences! Coming from a cheap racing seat gaming chair that I bought as a teen, this is night and day lol. Not only is it a more mature yet stylish look, the C7 Max ensures I keep my posture up to par throughout my gaming + homework sessions as a grad student in their late twenties!

The arms moving is convenient but they can’t be locked down and if I didn’t wait so long to see if I could just deal with it I would have returned it. Otherwise a fine chair.

Not Worth The Money
There are other chairs for the same price that perform better. The headrest continues to slide down on its own for example, which is very annoying. Additionally, the lumbar support always seems to be in the way and will not move backwards on its own which causes the user to need to push this back with their hand and then sit in the chair. Overall, I would not recommend this chair. I have been trying to use it for 6 months but moved on to something else.

It already isn’t working and won’t lock into the upright position for the seat back. I’m disappointed in the quality of it. If it worked as it was advertised, this chair would be amazing.

Really nice chair, wish the arm rests could be locked though. Hate sitting there watching things or playing a game, and I move slightly, and my arm rests start spinning like crazy.

This chair is comfortable if
This chair is comfortable if you stay very still in it. It is great that this chair is designed to have flexibility in the backrest, headrest, and armrests. However, all of the parts move too easily. The slightest shift in my body position will cause the backrest to slide all the way down to the bottom position. The armrests will move if I shift my arms on them as well. I am disappointed in my purchase because I expected a higher quality product for the price that I paid. I do not recommend this chair.

The idea of this chair
The idea of this chair is interesting, but its a very cheaply made, very plastic chair. The ergonomics were not for me as the lumbar and head support are extremely stiff. Mesh is very uncomfortable. Unfortunately a big waste of money and would avoid this chair completely.

The lumbar support is very aggressive and hurts my back. I want to return it but the amount of work to send it back seems daunting so I will probably try to sell it

Heavy duty chair. I have two issues: 1) The arm rests are very adjustable but do not stay in place. Any minor bump moves them out of position. 2) The seat is very flat. It does not contour the bottom. Very uncomfortable for long periods of time.

Not comfortable
my first impression is that the seat depth combined with the upper back support of the chair is non-existent. You can&t sit normally in this chair it automatically makes you lean back which I HATE and even though the seat depth is adjustable I&m still about an inch, or inch and a half from being able to sit back in the chair and feel my back supported. I feel the lumbar support but I have to LEAN back into the chair to even feel my upper back touch the chair. This is an office desk, computer chair. It is not meant for the average working person to lean back into it to work and type on a keyboard. I&m NOT at all happy with this purchase and I would suggest if you want a chair that sits you UPRIGHT while working, stay away from this chair. If all you do is lean back and watch video&s all day perfect but for the working people who rely on a solid chair that they need to sit up right with proper support, look elsewhere like Hinomi!

Excellent office chair! I especially
Excellent office chair! I especially love the 360-adjustable arms, which allow me to tuck my elbows in closely to my torso - this is insanely helpful for shoulder injuries. Lumbar support is great. My only complaints are 1) the bottom-most height adjustment is just a hair too tall for me at 5&7" wearing tennis shoes, and 2) the headrest doesn&t adjust backward/out-of-the-way enough to accommodate a hairstyle like a claw clip. I ended up removing the headrest entirely but it was comfy while in use!

Extremely comfy!
This is the first ergonomic chair I ever bought. I had very basic office chairs and gaming chairs before, but after getting into a degree that requires me to spend long hours at a desk, I realized it was time to get serious with a good office chair that didn&t kill my neck and back. I&m a shorter person, and even though this chair is recommended for taller people, it suit me perfectly. I am able to adjust it just right for my height. Extremely comfy. When I get tired and my neck starts getting stiff, I just change the adjustment to shift position, and it helps a lot in avoiding pain. The adjustable arm rests are also super useful since I could adjust them just right for them to line up with my keyboard tray and support my elbows while I type. Super recommended!

Love it. I am recovering
Love it. I am recovering from a knee surgery far worse than my knee replacement. In a locked brace for 15 wks already. Got this chair and I can finally sit without pain. This wk the brace which is still on, but unlocked, has made sitting I&m this chair even more enjoyable. Having all the adjustments makes this chair stand above the others. Height adjustments, pitch, the arm rests, the leg extension have made my life easier. Chairs by and large are not made for anyone but the norm. I&m tall and big. . . lucky to have you all.

This chair is very uncomfortable for me and caused a lot of back pain issues. This is the last time I buy a chair without being able to test drive it first.
