Great prenatal

The pills are big and there are three of them but you would probably have to take that many pills if you got a standard Pre-natal and DHA supplement. I like the ease of having it all in one. I also love the fact they use folate instead of folic acid.

Great as an all in one multi

Love this product. I take one in the morning and one at night. My body seems to absorb this multi without problem or nausea. Please keep carrying it!!

Good Quality Purchase

I feel like this product has received a bad rap based on the two previous reviews and I feel the need to pipe in. I have been using the product for about a year. I take a few supplements for health and have no issues taking these. They do not seem any bigger than my previous fish oil pills and I take all 3 pills with the rest of my vitamins/supplements once a day. One of the things that I really like about this product is that there isn't a fishy taste after taking them. If you have a problem swallowing other fish oil capsules, then you probably will with these as well. If not, then these will probably work well for you too.

Not Happy

It's difficult to remember these 3X per day. These tended to also give me headaches. I'm shopping for another product.

Hard to Swallow

When I read that the daily dosage of this vitamin is 3 per day, I figured that they had to be relatively small and therefore easy to swallow. I was quite wrong. These vitamins are a little larger than the fish oil gelcaps that i was taking previously. They are long (a little over 1 inch long!) and slender (about 3/8 of an inch), which makes them very difficult for me to swallow. The prospect of 3 per day is nuts. I had to switch back to taking a separate fish oil and prenatal vitamin. 2 pills, but they are smaller.
