Unsafe for use by elderly

They do not tell you that the brakes on this walker and transport chair do not lock or that the chair and footrest cannot be adjusted. When a person sits in it, they need to be able to raise their feet to the footrest and have their knees higher than their hips. It is neither safe nor easy for an elderly person with mobility issues to use. I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

DIFFICULTY IN ASSEMBLY

Despite pictures I experienced difficulty in assembling the rollator even frommthe beginning. Small print needs to be in black instead of yellow. I had another person to help but even he had problems. Perhaps access to a video on assembly would help..Still fighting it..Seat not level????

Garvee Rollator

It is sturdy, but long. It is a bit of a challenge to move about our house. The title indicates it has Detachable Footrests. No footrests came in the box. Unable to locate Parts and Accessories. Looks like it was made to add a tray but no tray can be found for purchase. It would be nice to be able to add a cup holder. No option for that. We may be sending it back.
