Book Synopsis

Puedes empezar ahora mismo.

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

No one makes it through the chaos that is life without some heartache. People die, plans change, relations get complicated, feelings grow muddled, the mind becomes confused.

Being human isn't easy. Things happen that we wish wouldn't. Things we wish would happen don't. There's little we can control, and a lot of uncertainty. And so, we suffer.

Along with suffering, however, comes the possibility of transformation: through love, compassion, joy, wisdom. The key is to stop running and learn to listen to suffering, to understand and embrace it in order to relieve it. This takes courage, but it is necessary, and also beautiful. When you understand your suffering, you can address it. And if you address it, then you can transform it. Why not start now?
