[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] was looking for a solid brown rug that still looked high quality. found this and was able to get a pretty big size while it was on sale. the wool is pretty comfortable on its own on hardwood with no rug pad underneath. my only complaint is they folded it once long ways and then three times the other way to fit it in a box to ship. after laying it out there's are some kinks and bumps in the rug that, looking at them, are hard to believe they'll smooth out and it'll lay flat. i wish they could've just rolled it up and wrapped it for shipping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this rug because it said it was 100% wool, and was a size smaller than the first one I odered. (I returned it, and that was a good experience.) However, this replacement rug came in a box that looked like it had burst open and was loosely taped together on one end. The rug was not in any kind of protective wrapping. When I took it out of the box, the chemical odor was overpowering. There was no label on the rug to indicate that it was Okotex Certified or not treated with a nonflammable coating or anything else, which is what I assumed when it said it was "100% handmade natural wool." I left it out for 3 days in dry sunshine to air it out before tentatively putting it on my living room floor. It looks okay and softness is okay, but I have had a stuffy nose every evening after sitting on the couch that it's under. I'm probably going to discard this rug. Very disappointed as I put a lot of time and effort searching websites looking for something that would work, and now I have to start over. I will not use Rugs USA again.

I bought the ivory and it is definitely a more muddy ivory leaning very gray.

Also the rug was packed securely and didn’t have a problem staying flat once laid in the floor. Feels and looks great and would highly recommend!

Pros- didn’t shed as much as I had anticipated. Good cost for size. Cons- not soft.Colour is warmer than the photos, which I don’t love.

Great deal for a 100% wool rug. Feels high quality and durable. Color seems a bit less warm toned irl. Also some came with some small exposed threads but I just trimmed those off.

This rug is legit brand new on the actual rugs has website and it’s cheaper there at regular price. Target is charging 200 dollars more a size and “discounting it” to still be more expensive. Disgusting this is why targets going down.
