    Not what I was expecting

    I wanted a heavy-duty steel clothesline for outdoors that won't blow over. This is really light aluminum, though, and while it's rust-proof, it needs to be anchored to stay outside. I don't want to return it because it's too far from the UPS center, but it's perfect for indoors or a laundry room.

    This rack is fine indoors, as long as no one bumps it. It's also okay outdoors, but only if it's in a sheltered space like a garage or a small yard with a fence. Once you load it with clothes, it becomes a sail in the wind and keeps falling over. The metal is super light, like the thickness of a can. If it was sturdier, it might work outside, but not as it is.

    It's a good buy, but I wish it was sturdier. It's not as heavy-duty as they claim and can topple in the wind. That's my only complaint. It does the job, though, and I'm happy to take up my dry linens at the end of the day. It folds and stores easily.

    Perfect for small spaces

    The rack comes in a long box. Be careful pulling it out because the instructions can fall out easily. I thought I didn't get them at first, so I put the rack together without them. It's easy to extend and there's a rod to place in the center. I hung all kinds of clothes on it and it held them well. Make sure to secure everything, though, or it could tip over. Assembly was pretty simple, and you can use it in various places.

    Good, but one downside

    The design is great,super easy to use, expand, and lock. But the metal is a little thin. It can't be bent easily. It'd be awesome if you could buy one with thicker metal or add another set of support bars. Wouldn't recommend using it outside in the wind. We use ours every day and it works fine, just wish it was made with the same metal as my ironing board.

    I was trying to avoid digging holes, but I'll just go with an old-school clothesline. This thing would blow over in a strong wind, especially with wet towels or a comforter on it.

    The quality is really poor. The brackets are too thin, and it's built badly. I tried contacting the manufacturer, but no one responded. I can't even fold it for storage.

    The concept of this rack is great, but the metal feels cheap,like one-ply toilet paper. It's flimsy and tips over with the lightest breeze. I'm so disappointed.
