Horrible product, missing pieces and broken pieces, went to return it same day.

Just like the picture. The bed frame part was hard to put together, but once we got past that it was fine.

ordered a bed for my 7yr old for Christmas, Item arrived in HORRIBLE CONDITION with a chunk of the box almost completely ripped off!. did not have enough time before Christmas eve to return and repurchase the item and could not tell if damaged had occurred to the item unless I were to completely open the box amd tale out each piece, which I also couldn't do as it had not been gifted yet. spoke with 2 different customer service representatives and was told that I could keep the item and hope that nothing inside the box had been damaged during delivery, but if it had to give them a call back and they would try to find a solution for the problem... unfortunately several pieces WERE DAMAGED during shipping, and when I called back to let them know I was now told that my ONLY option was to take the bed apart again, lug the WHOLE THING back to a target store or if I could get it back in the box to a ups store, WAIT for the return to be accepted and go through, WAIT for the $$$ to go back to my account and then RE ORDER if I wanted that same bed. granted, if this were a desk, or lamp or something sure, no problem, this is an item for a CHILD who has already opened it and was super excited about it. was NOT given any option to just have replacement parts sent out, or even a partial refund for the damages to such an EXPENSIVE item ( though I was also originally told that was a possibility upon discovery of damage to the item) took pictures of both the DAMAGED BOX upon delivery and EACH DAMAGED PIECE. target DOESN'T OFFER HELPFUL options for their target plus items. wish they had THAT listed before purchasing. HOW DOES ONE RETURN A RIDICULOUSLY LARGE AND HEAVY METAL BED WHICH THEY HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO RE-BOX THEMSELVES AND FIT IN A SMALL SEDAN????........ WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER TARGET PLUS ITEM AGAIN. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. NO MORE COSTWAY ITEMS FOR ME.

Literally the worst to try to install. Should’ve made the metal bars at the bottom of the bed together and the ladder along with the shelf bars. Would’ve saved allot of time and energy. Gave up for the night.

Good for sale price. Ladder is not very easy to get up and down, very thin metal poles. Took about 3 hours to install, lots of pieces.
