Description

The GIRUD-1T is a universal conversion kit that upgrades older garage door openers with Intellicode rolling code technology. It features dual-frequency reception at 390MHz and 315MHz for broad compatibility. The kit includes a receiver and a 3-button keychain remote. It works immediately with openers that have a 3-wire connection and 24-volt power. For 2-wire/24-volt openers or older 29/34-volt systems, a separate transformer is required to power the receiver. Installation is straightforward and does not require replacing the entire opener system. Complete installation instructions are included.

A: This is a replacement kit, which you can use instead of the GIRUD kit. It enables you to add remote control functionality to your garage door, or if your garage door already has a remote, you can use this kit to add an extra remote.
