Buyer Beware - You will Get Fewer Boxes Than Cartons and Instructions Indicate!

We received two boxes. One marked 1/3 and the other marked 2/3. The directions also said the sofa would come in 3 boxes. We contacted Target several times and they told us we had to wait 7 business days to see if the 3rd box was delivered. Finally, we were told that the 2 boxes we received were correct and we opened the boxes. There is no frame for this sofa. It inflates and is more of a boneless sofa. Now that’s it’s opened and “inflated,” we have to keep it but we’re not impressed with the way Target handled this issue. Waste of time (over one week) and they don’t offer any credits or goodwill gestures when it’s a “Target Partner.” Not a good way of doing business!
