Damaged item, poor customer service

We like the dresser, but it arrived damaged. We contacted Target customer service initially and received help, but had to be transferred to Target Plus customer service (since the dresser order was fulfilled through a third party), and spoke with Tess twice. The second time she was rude and dismissive. We were told our partial refund for keeping the damaged item would be a percentage of the total cost (we paid $399), but what we later received, without explanation, was a $10 Target gift card. This won’t even cover the cost of a paint pen from the company to partially correct the damage.

**Buyer BEWARE** Very poor quality..multiple issues!

Multiple issues. Chip in paint. Defect on dresser top and has very thin paint as well, can see wood through top. Thin paint on side trim as well making it look pinkish. Wood nail going through a hole that a screw is supposed to fit through, making it impossible to attach properly. Nail holes everywhere.

Perfect little dresser

I almost didn’t buy this because so many reviews said it was cheaply made and next to impossible to assemble. That has not been my experience. I had zero issues putting this together, it was actually very easy and simple! It feels very solid and it’s so cute! I’m very happy with my purchase!
