    Medical recommendation

    My primary physician suggested I start taking cinnamon, my last blood work was good. Not sure if it was the cinnamon, diet or exercise. No after taste at all.

    Consistent blood pressure readings.

    I never had high blood pressure, but was slightly inconsistent, checking higher in morning than during evening hours. I take 1 Cinnamon tab morning and evening, and that keeps my blood pressure below average or normal 120/80.

    It's pretty good. Wish Swanson would put a lid on their products that opens without having to take the lid off altogether. Their products are very reasonbly priced.

    I am a SWANSON loyal customer. I absolutely do not trust any other health maintenance brand.

    Looks like cinnamon, tastes like cinnamon... I know sounds silly but honestly other companies sell things that don't look or taste like what they claim to be. And since there are no regulations, who knows. With Swanson there is integrity, quality, value, usually prompt and an education. Why shop anywhere else?
