Great Pancakes and Biscuits

GF Biscuit Mix

The GF All Purpose Biscuit and Baking Mix makes nice sized fluffy biscuits. Big enough to butter and spread jam. I don't have to deprive myself of biscuits since I found this mix.

Another great product!

This gluten free all-purpose mix makes terrific biscuits! I've been using it in place of Bisquick, and find it does just as good in taste and performance. Thanks King Arthur!

The best baking mix around

Absolutely love this baking mix! My kiddos have severe allergies and I have to make vegan waffles, biscuits, pancakes, etc. for them and this one is THE BEST, especially for waffles! We order 9 boxes at a time.

I made 1/2 recipe of the biscuit mix on the box cover. The biscuits were browned, fluffy and moist. They puffed up very nicely. The family member who must be gluten free was very happy with them. The left over biscuits were happily consumed too.

Best Gluten Free Flour

Fast delivery of the absolute best one to one gluten free flour blends I’ve used to date. My family thoroughly enjoyed my homemade cornbread and cornbread dressing. Not only was it delicious, but safe for family members with celiacs and wheat sensitivities. We all adore the cute ornament gift we received for our Christmas tree. Strike and a BIG Miss for this "Mix"

First if one has made biscuits over the years with Bisquick one expects it to be a "mix" - a little water and oil and in the oven they go. NOT so with this "Mix" this is NOT a ' BISCUIT MIX" it is just a flour mix. No recipe for biscuits on the box. Had to go to the web: Cut in 8 TBS. butter, eggs and milk. Lots of work. Flakey yes but horrible grainy, no tase biscuits. Butter and organic honey could not save them. They went in the trash!!!

Excellent addition to gf baking arsenal

I’ve only made pancakes with this mix, but I am very happy with the results and plan to try other recipes. I’ve been making gf pancakes with the gf measure for measure and/or by following other pancake recipes on KA website, but they’ve lacked in flavor or fluffiness. This mix is the answer to my hunt for the perfect gf p’cake!
