Not as Advertised and Poor Support from Target

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to for this product. It has no reviews, and I would have benefited from one. Please avoid purchasing this item. The product arrived a week past its scheduled delivery date, taking two weeks total. The packaging was questionable. There was no plastic covering, and it looked like a used child’s pillow in poor condition. It was dirty, stained, had an unpleasant odor, and was not memory foam as advertised. The situation was further exacerbated by Target's customer service team. Target’s customer service initially refused to provide a refund, even after I sent photos showing the condition of the item. I was told that if I cared so much, I should bring it to a store despite the fact that this item is not available in stores. After a frustrating two-hour phone call with Target, I finally received a refund. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
