I can't believe you would discontinue this product!...I have short hair and have been using Creative Cream Wax for years...buying multiples to make sure I don't run out! Silk Groom is not a good replacement!

Why do you always take away the things that are working well? I stocked up on this a couple of tubs at a time since both my partner and me are devotees. Please bring back this formulation.

This is the best styling cream that I have ever used. Why do they always run out of it???

This is a good product, but why is it never available?? It's hard to treat this as a "go-to" hair product when it can be months or years before being able to restock.

Love this stuff but I have better odds of winning the Powerball than actually being able to buy this! And the product page never accurately shows what is actually in stock. I was able to "purchase" it twice from the website only to have both orders canceled because in reality it was out of stock. Even now it says that there are some in stock but when I try adding it to my cart a message comes up and says that it's out of stock. And don't even let me get started on the in-store supply status which is even more of a joke. Kiehl's/L'Oreal need to invest more into their supply chain and into their ecommerce site.

Like everyone (most men), we have been using the Creative Cream Wax for years. I usually buy several at a time because of previously mentioned supply issues. Please cut us all lose and tell us that you don't intend to continue the product or give an "exact date" that it will be available. I was a purchasing manager for many years with a national company, don't bulls__t the bull, by now you know if it is profitable or not and if and when you will produce it. You are hurting your brand and soon if not already we all will say unkind things about a company that has great products, but are poor communicators. The old adage that a customer will tell 3 or 4 people about a good product or service will alternately tell 20 people about bad service or a bad product is more true than ever before due to social media. Your PR department is huge and has resources, you shoud contact "everyone" that has addressed this issue individually and publicly with a concise not ambiguous response. LOL, you have mentioned "transparency" in a response to a post will you print this review?

Please get this back in stock! I’ve been using this product for over a decade. I always buy more than one because in the past there have been stock issues. Now it’s been a year I think waiting. How can this still not be in stock!.

Like so many others, I have been using this product for years and love it. It is the simplest and cleanest product out there for your hair. Please bring it back. Don’t crush the loyalty that you have built with so many people.

Last review is spot on! What an absolute joke. This brand is part of a multi-billion dollar enterprise called Loreal. Can someone make make an executive decision and order some product to be make?? How about the novel idea of having a back-up order in the pipeline at the same time?? Guess what! You will sell it all and I will buy more of your product instead of the crummy alternative I'm using now. Can someone tell the Brand President to read consumer reviews??
