great amino acids

I have been taking branch chain amino's for over 10 years now. I take a couple after my workout or a long walk. They supply essential amino acids and help with recovery.

like veggies...they make you big and strong

They're awesome. Helps speed up recovery so I can perform at my peak more consistently, and continue to train hard, with just a day rest in between super intesne workouts.
