A Great Clot Breaker

Nattokinase is helpful for maintaining heart health because it can break up blood clots, lower blood pressure, and improve blood flow. My husband takes it in place of statin medications, which can have some terrible side effects. Of course, there are other necessary supplements to take along with it, such as COQ10. NOW brand comes in veggie capsules, which are better than bovine capsules for a few reasons.

Had high hopes

I had high hopes that this would lower my BP. It actually did the opposite and raised the systolic number by 15 points and my diastolic by 12 points. I took it for about 1 1/2 weeks and I take my BP on a regular basis. The claim is that high BP is a silent killer. I’m my case, I get a headache if my readings rise which they did taking this. It took about 4 days to get my readings back to a normal range and the headache ceased after I stopped taking this. So just plain walking and other exercise plus salt reduction will be what I focus on from now on and not try another supplement.

It works as expected, and as other sites have promoted. Having the natto in vcaps is a plus. 1 or 2 caps a day is plenty. A little goes a long way.

HAS WORKED FOR ME WELL I BELIEVE. AT 67 I CONTINUE TO OUT'-WORK & (OUTPLAY!) MUCH YOUNGER PEOPLE. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS, OTHER THE OL'MAN TIME. TODAY'S BLOOD THINNERS HAVE MANY DANGEROUS SIDE EFFECTS & LITTLE ELSE TO OFFER BUT THIN BLOOD, SOMETIMES TOO THIN! Good "scrubber"

I use this at night on a fasting stomach and then again in the morning well before eating and keep anti-oxidents in my system and this really helps open things back up for some proper cleaning (now that I know better ways to protect my body from injuries and exposures).

Best Nattokinase I know
