a worthy magnesium supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only issue with this is that it has a slight taste, that I’m sure some folks who have issues with pills may find unfavorable. Otherwise, this is a totally worth magnesium supplement. There are all kinds of magnesium to try (citrate, glycinate, malate). I have tried all kinds, and they each have their own uses. Talk with your doctor about what is appropriate to you. I have taken citrate under the supervision of my dietitian, and I find this citrate to be as effective as any I have taken before. The packaging is also very easy to open, without being so loose that it would fall open.

Easy to take and helps with muscle relaxation

The bottle comes with 90 capsules and the best part is that you only need to take one per day so this single bottle will last a full three months. The white capsules are a pretty standard size and very easy to swallow with a glass of water. I really appreciate that it is a high absorption formula so my body is actually utilizing the 150 mg dose. It is designed to support muscle relaxation along with heart and bone health and I definitely feel like it helps my body unwind and recover at the end of the day. I love the bottle design how the top lid has a small flap opening, so I can pour out some of the capsules. These supplements help me receive my daily dosage of Magnesium Citrate which support muscle relaxation, heart, and bone health. I did notice the whole inside of my bottle was chalky, not sure if every bottle of Magnesium citrate comes like this when comparing them to other Magnesium supplements. Overall, I am satisfied with these supplements.
