No oil, no problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved using this pan! No assembly required. It heats up fast and evenly cooks food making it perfect for everyday use. The long handle also remains cool during extended stovetop use. Its nonstick surface is ideal for cooking eggs and makes for easy cleanup.

We like.it but.i.love my hard anodised.pans better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a huge fan of Calphalon's hard anodised pans. We have atleast five of them and I'm trying their ceramic pans for the first time and i like it. I made pasta, curries, pancakes, and chapatis. It does stain a bit when cooking pancakes with blueberries or anything flour made etc. I don't like that. When we make something with flour based the heat feels like its not heating well.But everything else just skids through the pan so smoothly. The color of the pan is also so fancy and 3qt pans are perfect pans for us.
