Counter-Height Director's Chair - White Frame, Black Canvas

I ordered 4 of these chairs and all 4 arrived without the actual canvas seat and back!what a pain.

The chair is exactly as it says it is. I did not find the canvas hard to put on or too tight. I am very happy with this chair.

I bought a set of two for my center island- we have owned them about 4 months now, and they really are holding up well - I have not had the bad sagging issue on the canvas, but I did throw the seats in the washer after my son had an accident with some bbq wings. That shunk the canvas a little, which may explain why they are tight now. A good chair- espically for the money!

I have not been happy with the quality of this barstool. After 2 days of use the canvas seat began to sag, and after 6 weeks of use the foot rest has broken off. I have only sat in the chair a total of 20 times over the past 6 weeks and the piece looks as if it is 10 years old.

I don't know if I just have high counters or not, but they seem average to me - they are the same height as my stove, and my dishwasher fits underneath snugly. These chair, when placed next to the kitchen peninsula, leave their occupant at about chest height at the counter. They are a little flimsy, too - when you sit in them the arms and back sway quite a bit. I returned the three that I ordered and won't be replacing them with the bar height version, I think I'll go for some kind of solid wood stool instead.
