There's nothing better than plain Vaseline for your baby! Don't waste money on lotions or Aquaphor - spend just a couple of bucks on good ol' Vaseline and you've got yourself a rash free perfect cherub of a baby.

Why would they add scent in a product marketed for babies? Just get the regular version

My toddler has severe eczema all over his body- cheecks, inner elbow, tummy, butt, and behind his knees. After spending hundreds of dollars to trial and error what would help, we've come to the conclusion that plain vaseline works best! We use this lock whatever medications/lotions when he has a flare up, but daily just use this to coat his skin. Used morning and night as well as diaper changes/potty breaks or when he asks for it.

Works great on dry skin

This is an excellent product. As someone who never wears fragrance and is almost always bothered by fragrance in any product from creams and lotions to cleaning products, candles, and trash bags, the soft, pleasant fragrance of this product does not bother me AT ALL, even when I use it on my face and eyelids, or inside my nose. Unlike other scented products, it does not activate my zillions of allergies at all. This lightly scented baby powder scented version is actually very enjoyable for me. For all those people complaining that it's scented, you clearly didn't think your purchase through. This is a jar of petroleum jelly. If it were the exact same product as their unscented, original petroleum jelly, why would Vaseline offer the exact same product as the original, but with a different label???? The answer is THEY WOULDN'T!!!!! This is one of now many varieties that Vaseline offers IN ADDITION TO ORIGINAL VASELINE. It does not claim to be unscented, and yes, it IS hypoallergenic. If you wanted original, unscented Vasoline, then why not buy that version instead?? It was probably sitting on the store shelf right next to this one. Stop being immature and berating the manufacturer for offering this lightly scented version. Some of us actually enjoy this version. Instead of scolding the manufacturer for creating this wonderful version, and having the audacity to instruct them to discontinue it, perhaps you should make the slightest effort to know what you're buying. The original, unscented version is still widely available. Stop your whining and buy that instead. Both Vaseline products are wonderful, but like me, many people prefer this version. If you cannot be bothered to know what you're buying, that's not the Manufacturer's fault. This is an excellent product.

This does the same thing as aquafor but is significantly cheaper, confirmed by our pediatrician. It’s our go to for our babies.

It’s a must have for baby essentials.It worked great for my little one—lightweight, non-sticky, and very soothing. Highly recommended for everyday baby skincare!

Smells and works great. Would love this in a Lotion and thick oil as only Vaseline can do it.

This is the only thing that prevents my baby from getting a diaper rash! We’ve tried different brands of diapers, wipes, and other creams. NOTHING else worked. This was also recommended by her doctor to combat irritation under her nose during this winter.

I recently,1 week ago,bought a container of Vaseline petroleum jullu and noticed it has a strong smell of petrol. I have been using Vaseline petroleum jelly on my skin for 10 plus years and have never noticed this smell before.

Do not use on your baby! My daughter had a horrible reaction to this. I can't believe it's not labeled more clearly as perfumed/scented. I assumed the pink was just since it said baby - with is followed with hypoallergenic and dermatologist recommended. Will never purchased this specific product again and frankly it should not be sold in the baby isle. Locks the perfume ingredients into their soft ultra sensitive skin and immediately causes a rapid red rash. Ended up having to put mittens on her she was scratching her eyes so much too. It's been hours and still looks very irritated despite having attempted to wash it off. Stear clear mommas!!

This has a loud scent and is not labeled as such. My baby had a horrible skin reaction and I have no idea why this isn’t labeled as scented. Shouldn’t be allowed. DO NOT BUY

I use this product on myself for hemorrhoids. It works great.

Not good for babies with sensitive skin. Has perfume that smells like baby powder. Wish I had know before purchasing. I’d rather buy the regular Vaseline because it doesn’t have fragrance added.

I never write reviews but i had to write to tell you NOT to purchase this!! My baby has eczema and his doctor recommended Vaseline. I decided to purchase this one since it’s made for babies. What a mistake. His sensitive skin reacted badly to this Vaseline since it has a STRONG BABY POWDER SCENT! I had to wash his face right away because it started getting noticeably red right away! I rate this a 0/10, please don’t get this for your baby!
