These vitamins are a great quality! Especially for the price. My OBGYN said they contained all the ingredients/vitamins needed for a prenatal vitamin. There is no need to spend large amounts of money on fancy brands! These are just great. They come in different count bottles and are easy to swallow!

Has Red 40, Blue 2, and yellow 6. There is NO need for those in a vitamin, especially a PRENATAL. Poorly absorbed/utilized nutrient forms, but that was expected with the more affordable price. There are other adorable options without the dyes.

Caused really bad indigestion due to either high zinc and/or iron. I’m not currently pregnant, so discomfort is not due to expanding uterus. I would use it in a pinch, but there are other better options.

I placed my order 7/11/2024 and received item 7/16/2024. I just had my baby and was looking at the bottle, which shows an expiration date of 03/2024. This is how companies work now sending already expired products. 😒
