I'm shocked by the ingredients!
I had a really bad sore throat and I couldn’t swallow pills. So I took some of this that I had for my daughter. It was then that I realized it was so full of sugar. So I looked at the ingredients… high fructose corn syrup! And even worse, it has carrageenan in it! Which is a known cancer-causing ingredient!! The rest of the ingredients aren’t very good either. I threw it in the trash and will never buy it again!!

It seems to be effective as my daughter’s fever was reduced after using. It tastes pretty good. It is a great value and a good substitute for the name brand Tylenol. The only thing I don’t like is that it has red dye in it…I’d rather it be clear than to contain that just to give it the pink color but other than that, this is a good medicine
