However, if the tablets are difficult to swallow, the tablets may be crushed and mixed with yogurt, applesauce, or a beverage that is not hot. Crushing the tablets, which are not time-released or enteric-coated, does not affect the potency of the product. It is not recommended to cut tablets as it may create a rough edge and make it difficult to swallow.

    This vitamin D is way to hard to swallow. I have no issues swallowing pills and this is a dry tablet that gets caught in your mouth easily.

    Heart palpitations

    I used to take these just fine years ago, but tried a dose today and ended up having heart palpitations. Maybe it’s just me but it’s not worth it to me.

    Tampered bottle

    Purchased via curbside pickup but realized bottle had already been opened & used (inner seal broken, cotton was removed, & 4 tablets missing). It was unfortunately past the return/exchange window. Don’t trust to use it due to open bottle. I wish they also wrapped the top in plastic to help prevent tampering.

    Has sugar as infredient

    I like these because it does the job. I do not like that it contains sugar. So unnecessary, I don’t need the capsule to taste better. For this sugar reason, I’ll find another brand with cleaner ingredients.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nature made vitamin d3 I love how easy these are to open they have a flip too vs trying to screw a lid off! The tablets are small and easy to swallow no nasty after taste and they meet the vitamin d requirements set by my dr.
