We use this cocoa every year for Christmas cookies and fudge. I can tell you now it smells as amazing as it tastes. I think that the compact packaging is easy for smaller spaces in cupboards. We only use Hershey's cocoa (Natural Unsweetened and Special Dark), it's affordable and tastes good! For a great hot cocoa, mix 2 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa with 1 cup hot milk and a little bit of sugar - great for cold winter nights and mornings!

I mostly use for baking and this fits the bill for almost every recipe I use. The taste of my recipes comes out phenomenal every time and I like the packaging in a tub. Some cocoas come in a bag, this is much cleaner and easier to store
