Description

With McCormick spices, celery, and garlic, easy to prepare McCormick Au Jus Gravy Mix yields a rich sauce to accompany a variety of dishes. Serve with prime rib and roast pork or use as a dip for hot meat sandwiches. To prepare in 5 minutes, simply combine mix with 3 cups water and bring to a boil for gravy. For a thicker gravy, add 3 tablespoons flour to mix before adding in water. Customize gravy with herbs such as thyme, sage, or rosemary for a twist. Serve au jus gravy with holiday mains like prime rib and pork tenderloin or use as a flavoring base to create French Onion soup.

    Best part of the dish

    Easy to Make!

    Just How I Like It
