Even though I’m 82 I’d love to save the planet. I don’t want to increase the plastic in our environment, so I tried one brand that were a tablet. Big mistake left a powdered residue in the dirt filter my glasses are dull, basically it was a big mistake. I’m on a fixed income but I must go back to my cascade to clean dishes..by the way the plates and silverware didn’t come clean!

Noticeably clear glassware.
I received this product to try with our new GE dishwasher. So far, I've noticed the dishwasher has made the dishes much cleaner with the use of this product. My glassware is clear again. I think maybe the reason our last dishwasher was not working as well is that we'd stopped using products like this in it. I'd find myself re-rinsing everything after it was washed. So, granted, it's being paired with a better dishwasher now, the dishes still look much better after using this product COMBINED with a good dishwasher. I'll probably start getting this rinse aid more often.

Must have for clean glassware
Can certainly see a difference in our glasses and dish ware when we are out of this rinse aid. They’re spotty and dingy without, but shine and leave no streaks, watermarks, or residue with this powerful liquid. Clean, fresh scent is nice.

If you want your dishes to come out sparkling, use this! It works so well. I never start my dishwasher without making sure this is included in the rinse. Absolutely no residue left behind and no streaks. I highly recommend this for beautiful, sparkling clean glassware and dishes.

Leaves dishes shiny, but at always cost?
We tried this rinse after being disappointed with hard water stains on our dishes. This rinse aid does the job pretty well, but every dish came out with a chemical fragrance. Any of my silicone spatulas or baby dishes smell so strongly of fragrances that I'm going to have to rewash everything by hand and figure out some way to get this toxic stuff out of my dishwasher. It says right on the bottle that it is toxic if consumed, but it stays on the dishes after rinsing? I will not be using it again and I will not be able to use my dishwasher until all this rinse aid is out of the dispenser. Serves me right for filling it before testing it. 😒 Should have known not to trust cascade to make a product that takes people's health into consideration.

To remove the scent from your dishes, you could soak them in hot water with some distilled white vinegar mixed in. Here are tips for best results: 1. Check the owner’s manual you received with your dishwasher to see how much rinse aid to use (or look up online). 2. Slowly pour the rinse aid into the dispenser. 3. Wipe off any rinse aid overflows. 4. Don't add rinse aid to the detergent or directly into the dishwasher. 5. Refill the rinse-aid dispenser about once a month. 6. Some dispensers have a dial from "low to high" for each dispensing. How much to use per load depends on the make of dishwasher and the water hardness in your area. Not much to say about this rinse aid vs any others I've used. I buy whatever is the cheapest and they all seem to work the same. Trust the Cascade brand for reliable results and see a reduction in water spots when I use this vs none. Target just happens to put this stuff on the gift card sales so I go this way a lot.

Amazing spots fighter and foggy glasses are in the past, my Cascade rinse aid is powerful to prevent those spots and shines my dishes, helps to drying them too, good quality to the price, love how easy to operate, just refill monthly and steady great result with the pots and silverware, decent scent to the liquid, highly recommend this product, continue to use it.
