good product but not for staining

Good craftsmanship on design and assembly. However, too many spots where glue was smeared at joints and seams. Wood won't take stain even after vigorous sanding.

Nice, solid table

This is a great table, especially for the price. We were looking for a table for our not so wide entryway, and this was perfect. It didn't come with assembly instructions, but it was easy to assemble without them.

Shaker-style Sofa Table

I was looking for a really narrow table to go behind a love seat in my living room. I could have found one for less money, but the selling point on this table was that it is hardwood, not particle board and veneer. The wood itself is lovely, the table is easy to put together - and I finished it with just a little lemon oil. It's beautiful!
