This is really and on the go matt! I love it that I can take to work and no one knows. Very useful as opposed to a rolling matt.

too narrow, not significantly long, crappy tight case that I have to struggle with get the mat back in; nothing like re-stressing after yoga! definitely not worth the price.

I think they shouldn’t say it’s like a big book and that it will fit in your standard gym bag. It’s a lot bigger than a big book. I would say I was impressed when I received it because it’s impossible to fit this in my gym bag, a very spacious Kipling Tote. Besides that, the mat is very nice, thick, long and not heavy at all. Easy to fold and unfold. I will keep it anyways.
