Found it easy to work with. Delicious gluten free cookies. Made the bars and froze them. Only comment would be , they are a little too sweet. Loved them when they were frozen !!

My grandson loved these cookies! I always feel bad when he visits because he can't have what the other kids have, so I don't make any cookies. They had great flavor and the other kids liked them, too. Grandma can now bake cookies for their visits.

The Gluten-Free cookie mix is the answer to my long search for easy gluten-free baking. I’ve added peanut butter for peanut butter butter cookies, chocolate chips for the best chocolate chip cookies and have more ideas coming up. My family and friends who are gluten-free love my cookies. They taste home made and wonderful.

I was trying to re-create a Christmas cookie that I always loved and it has red cherries, green cherries, pecans, and coconut and I added it to this cookie mix and it was absolutely awesome perfect and think they were better than the original so I am very happy with this cookie mix

Easy to make for thoses of us who have gluten free friends. Elevate you cookie game with pecans and dark chocolate chips. The dough also freezes well so you can bake them fresh when you want them. Gone are the days of gluten free bring lack luster. I almost didn't believe they were gluten free. King Arthur out did themselves again- which makes me look good in little to not time.

literally cannot tell these are gluten free
this was my first time using this mix for my dad that has celiac, the dough was strange when mixing it together and i was hesitant because i know typical non wheat flour holds up when it bakes, but these cookies turned out phenomenal. it says to bake for 10-12 minted but after 10 they looked a little raw still, so i just cooked at 1min intervals until i saw a little golden crust and took them out. my dad could not believe they were gluten free and about cried because he hadn’t had a normal cookie in forever. i like that you have to do your own mix-ins, gives you the option to change it up. i dont mind the price, i want to stockpile this in my pantry so i always have some

This is simply my favorite store-bought cookie mix. My family loves these cookies and we don’t need a gluten-free diet. It doesn’t come with chocolate chips so I usually add chocolate chunks and cut almonds or walnuts. They come out soft and yummy. Thank you Target for stocking King Arthur products!
