    The large label on the container says it is Magnesium Citrate, but on the ingredients label it says it contains the much cheaper and less absorbable Magnesium Carbonate.

    GLP-1 Users - This helps!

    Are you a GLP-1 user who needs help counteracting some of the side effects? Look no further. Start with half the recommended dosage and increase based on what your body needs. Monitor how your GI system reacts and adjust accordingly. My suggestion is to mix the powder with a small amount of hot water to help it dissolve, then add cold water (it tastes better cold). Consider taking it at night as magneisum can help promote sleep.

    Grateful for this product.

    We've been using natural calm for over 20 years. My wife and I have every night before bed. Always relaxes us. Our kids love it too. It's great for after my workouts to help with soreness. I recommend natural calm to all my clients. Can't praise it enough.

    Tastes great, but won't dissolve and doesnt work

    The taste is great, but it did nothing to help my sleep or my restlessness. Also I followed the instructions exactly and no matter what I tried I could never get the powder to dissolve completely even going so far as to use a mixer, so there’s always little white chunks at the bottom, which is annoying and I feel like I’m wasting product and money.
