Q: Can you stain or paint this table?

A: There are two versions of this table- an unfinished light wood version, and a dark brown finished version. The unfinished table is meant to be stained or painted by the buyer, the dark brown version is already stained and would have to be stripped with chemicals if you wanted to stain it. The table itself is great, well made, sturdy thick real wood. I bought the unfinished table.

Q: Can this table be used outside?

A: The wood is not weather resistant, so we would not recommend placing the table in an open area outside where it could be damaged by rain, etc. Thank you!

Sturdy table
After having success on a few previous furniture purchases, I took a chance with this item not being sure of the look & feel of the wood grain. I miss understood the description and photo thinking this table was prestained. When I opened box, I was pleasantly surprised that it came unfinished. It is well made and sanded so we have decided to leave as is until we may want to paint or stain the wood. This table is solid and easy to attach legs. It gave our dining area a touch of eclectic elegance.

International concepts products are great! I have purchased 3 different furniture items and they are very well made and so easy to put together. I think it took me longer to get them out of the box than it did to put them together. It comes with instructions but its so easy to put together you don't need them.

Beautiful table! I planned on painting or staining it, but when I got it, it is so pretty that I am using it with no additional finish. The table is very well made and heavy. Beautiful finish with smooth lines and gorgeous grain. I am using it as a sofa console and desk. It is perfect and quality of a much more expensive table. Love it Target!

It took less than 20 minutes to assemble and most of that was just getting it safely out of the packaging! It seems solid and very good quality for the price. I will either be staining or painting it but it also looks very nice left natural.

I got this table as a sofa table behind my couch. It's perfect, exactly what I was looking for. I could see how if you wanted something of an accent piece you would need to paint it. It is a natural color but the craftmanship is good. Highly reccommend

Great table!
I looked all over for a narrow table with no bottom brace/support as I am going to use it for my sewing machine. Great wood grain, substantial legs, just an excellent overall value. All spec's are true to size. I used a white pickling stain for the finish, so the nice wood grain still shows thru. Very easy to assemble. Would definitely recommend. Would be great stained or painted.
