  • A: No, you do not have to go and buy the harp and finial. The Shade is an uno-fitter so the shade will sit on the Bulb Socket and has a ring adaptor to tighten and the shade stays put.

The lamp is light and feels cheap. It also came with the lampshade crushed in two spots... very unhappy and don't want to deal with sending it back so I guess I'll just settle.
