    Not very tasty. The Apple Cinnamon is much better. I did read that rice cakes spike your blood sugar if you have issues so make sure you look into that. It’s a grain so it’s on the list of foods to be careful with .

    New recipe is gross

    The older recipe was great, but this new version tastes and looks less thatn before. The chocolate oil drizzled over this newer version is nothing like the original. I will no longer be purchasing these if this is the updated version… yuck.
