Long wear and easy to apply
Revlon is one of my favorite brands of makeup. This liquid eyeliner is so easy to use and has multiple uses. You do a simple one stroke eyeliner or a more dramatic, darker look doing 2-3 strokes. It goes on smooth and last all day. It doesn’t feel sticky. It’s perfect for summer or long days. It doesn’t bleed and run like most liquid eyeliners. Great for beginners.
